All of It
Ken
I’ve learned many things from writing, not the least of which is to keep it as short and to-the-point as possible. My life is wreckage, but nobody cares about that. I’ve barely slept and still have not eaten after many hours, and nobody cares about that either.
You may care about what I have to say.
This morning before two a.m., I apparently incensed a fellow Substack user by leaving a comment that the World Economic Forum was of German origin, and that Germany had risen again, and that it should be for the “last ‘effing time.’” His response amounted to an actual defense of the political policies of Hitler and national socialism, also known as Nazism. I thought, if I’ve been waiting for common sense to gain traction, that must have been a vain hope. This is decidedly moving in the wrong direction.
I’ve had a few hours’ sleep since then, and I’m now certain, as precious few readers follow someone else’s series of comments following a published piece, my reply to him must begin to take hold, somewhere. And so I’m doing this little break from fiction I’d written years ago, some of it two decades ago, to write something very real.
There were the best of reasons for this. I’d spent a few hours yesterday picking up things at the farm store and the grocery that I needed, to, for as long as I am able, feed a feral cat colony, resupply my seven birdfeeders and to feed my dogs, and lastly, as always, myself. But old men are a sorry lot, and I’m certainly one of those; I now need to rest for a bit after any strenuous activities. Last evening when I returned from my supplies run to my home in the countryside, I still had everybody to feed. The only animal I did not feed, was me.
After I’d marched up and down stairs, conducted leashed animals to and from their fenced run a hundred yards distant a few times, walked the dogs a couple of miles and so forth, I needed one of those rests. It rained and it got dark. I took care of advancing and saving some writing projects that stood unfinished on the Linux pc, got into it with the new not-a-friend on Substack and lo and behold, it was after five a.m. Please bear with me, my “brief” point approaches.
I knew that if I did what I really needed to do I’d get no rest whatsoever. It would be feeding time again, still not mine. This did not seem a workable plan. So I crashed.
You see, last night,
if I’d done any of it, I’d have had to do all of it,
and I didn’t have the energy or strength or stamina required.
So here we at last reach my point. I have to do this, I must speak my piece and then I must try to convince others.
I can’t do any of it, if I can’t do all of it.
The same exact thing applies to solving these problems.
For this brief respite from the fiction I’ve loved to write, here are my points, and they tend to wipe out much of the turmoil and discussion surrounding the deep political and ideological rifts we have here in the United States. Those points are, at least, simply stated.
The original post I replied to was this one:
These were my original comments as you can find them now on Substack:

The origin of the WEF is German. The WEF is loaded with articles touting German leadership, innovation and superiority. Why do I feel like, only Germany will not be expected to divorce its national identity? Why do I seem to be the only one thinking this?
The corporatocracy sees a way to make everyone else pay for the damage they’ve visited on humanity and the planet. To them it’s the real incarnation of their golden rule: “He who has the gold makes the rules.”
Won’t they be surprised to find that they are also beneath the German bootheel.
The Greatest Generation helped the world defeat Germany, and it wasn’t the first conquest attempt Germany made.
This one should be their fucking last one.

Angela Merkel was WEF before she became Germany’s chancellor. You know, the office Hitler held. The EU is financially beholden to Germany because in the EU Germany “writes the checks.” Klaus Schwab grew up watching his country rebuild following its destruction in World War II. He’s an engineer, and obviously, a good one.
Time to wake up. German national socialism is not for anyone but Germany.
This was the series of exchanges that followed.
(((German?)))
German.
Ha! Okay. Hey, I know this is the internet, but if we ever meet in 'meattspace', let me tell you about my Canadian dad who played field hockey.
Was there a point to this comment?
Yes, there was a point, but I didn't want to belabour it, so I maybe condensed it too much.
Since Mr Chudov is a very welcoming host, I'll state the case more clearly. You insinuated in a subsequent comment that 'national socialism' is a purely German thing, but I'll posit that *every* country that people like is effectively NatSoc. The issue here is less about grand economic ideas than the simple realization that people should like their family, community, country, language, history in... just about that order. Hitler was very clear about the restricted role that women should play in the larger order of society. He was also clear about how tiny a role degeneracy, be it sexual or artistic, should play.
Every society that people like adheres almost perfectly to these restrictions. People flock to Guatemala to watch their Easter processions. No one (in general, not particular) flocks to Toronto to watch pride parade. What's the point? Is one expression of sexual excess more interesting than another?
(((Angela Merkel))) and Hitler are complete opposites. The first was (s)elected to promote jewish/Fabian socialist ideas; the latter was a genuine uprising from the people to oppose the complete destruction that (((they)) are, at this point, obviously going to achieve. For a reminder to that, read Hitler's statement on the declaration of war against the USA, and his distinction between himself and FdR. It's both striking and very, very cogent.
Anyway, the original point was that yes, my dad plays field hockey. No one in Canada plays field hockey except, you know, the people who come from countries where men play field hockey...

I didn’t insinuate, I made reference to the fact that Hitler’s Germany was the first national socialism experiment. I don’t need to argue about whether there were others; or even if another country may have been first. Hitlers National Socialist government had a dictator at its head, and when it causes a World War it can be said to be a problematic government.
I don’t care what you posit, including what “people like.”’Look at it this way: All, and I mean to say, All governments are corrupt. The people beneath them are never the problem. The people of Russia are not Putin, not his goals. Same can be said of China. Britain. The US. The UK. Politicians, or whoever bought them, start wars. Not the populations.
If you are defender of either Hitler or national socialism we have nothing in common. I did not compare Merkel to Hitler, you did. An economic sliming is different than a shooting war, too. Read wikipedia on the WEF. While you’re at it, check out this link.

Said Britain twice I guess. It was a sleepless night, not a good time to write, anything.
I’ll posit something to you, as you brought up pride parades and sexual degeneracy. These things are products of the WEF and a corporatocracy, flowing into western cultures in order to disrupt. They use the left as an unwitting conduit and their purchased media and politicians to spread it. The horrible cultural and political divisions in US and Canada are because globalists want control of them. Division is part of the ploy. Divide, foment civil war, disarm, take control.
I do not even care about the fact there is a corporatocracy involved and that may be larger than the German influence. Even if every idea you have seems right for the entire world, that does not give you or anyone else the right to impose it on anyone, much less, Everyone.
Globalism is the gateway to worldwide tyranny.

And here at last is the bottom line. Liberals and Conservatives don’t need to be fighting, but to NOT fight, first we all have to understand that the huge divides between us have not just happened. Rather, they have been contrived.
Here’s an idea. Let’s all sit back for a moment, take a deep breath and decide at long last how we’d like to live.
Then let’s render the WEF and the corporatocracy, Blackrock in particular, impotent and useless, if not wiped from the face of the earth.
We do not need them.
We need to start this, carry it through, and to finish it.
How do we "render the WEF and Blackrock useless?" Is it growing our own food, supporting our neighbors' businesses, and investing for community instead of usurious profit?
You are loved and understood.
