It is truly time to make national referendums both legal and binding. Can the President do that? Then schedule a national referendum on TOTAL replacement of the Congress along with rules changes. Those rule changes will include ONE SINGLE FOUR-YEAR TERM and absolutely outlaw every kind of outside influence on our legislators. It is not just Thune!
